Payment Structure

Booking Fee:

All Full Sessions require a booking fee, payed at the time we schedule your session, to secure your photo shoot date. This fee is non refundable with the exception of extenuating circumstances (ex. death in the family).

Session Remainder:

The remainder of your session of choice (without Full Res Files) will be invoiced after your session is booked. This portion must be paid in full before your photo shoot date.

Studio Rental:

If we are photographing you in the studio, a studio rental cost of $25 per hour will be due at the time we shoot. This will include 1 Hr. for Set Up, 1 Hr. for Tear Down and any time allotted for the shoot. Payment will be made directly to the rental studio.

Location Fees:

On the off chance that we are photographing in a location which requires a fee to access and / or photograph there, this fee will be due and paid to the pertaining location at the time of the shoot (including Rob's and Josh's access fee where applicable).

Full Resolution Files & Print Release:

After your gallery is uploaded, we will send you a link and password to access it. At that time, we will also send you a link to a Full Resolution Digital File Print Release Form. Please e-sign and send this form should you desire Full Res Digital Files. Once we receive your e-signed print release form, we will make both the A La Carte and All Images In Your Gallery Full Res Digital Files options available through your gallery. You can purchase Full Res Digital Files anytime before your gallery's expiration date. A link to download any Full Res Digital Files purchased will be sent to you after payment has been made.
