CROPPING DISCLAIMER:

Not all images fit all print sizes exactly. For instance, when shot, images from our cameras are in a 4x6, 8x12, etc. format. This means that cropping will occur with 4x5, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, etc. prints.

We will crop images for the print size selected at our discretion. However, on the off chance that an image crop simply will not work for a desired print size, we will notify you before placing your order.

At that time, with most of our offerings, a change to either the image and / or print size selection can be made. In the case of our Print Packages, only a different image selection can be made. This is due to Print Packages having strict print size guidelines.

SHIPPING:

Your prints get shipped from the print lab direct to you. In most cases, your prints should arrive within 2 weeks from the time the order is placed.

Metal Prints, Acrylic Wall Prints, Canvas Prints, Wood Prints and Framed Prints 30x40 to 40x60 need to be crate shipped at a cost of $80. These prints, 40x60 or larger, require a larger crate and ship at a cost of $130. In the event that you request larger sized prints within crating sizes,  shipping costs will be included in the print cost that we provide. Three larger sized prints can fit within one crate.

Due to their personal nature, refunds can not be offered with prints and products. However, should a print come in damaged or way off color, please let us know and we will work with the print lab for a remake.
