About Our Full Sessions

Shoot Times:

All of our Full Sessions provide specific photo shoot times listed with each session.

Shoot Locations:

We can photograph at any indoor or outdoor locations where we are permitted. This includes your home and / or property, public parks and / or urban settings, and any private spaces where you've obtained permission for us to be there. We also have a studio available to us, in Pekin, at a rental cost. In some cases, we can even bring a studio set up and background to your home. For full body shots, a decent and relatively clear 2 stall garage can work, where as a single stall garage could lend towards tighter, head and shoulder images.

We are open to photographing anywhere in Illinois. However, we charge mileage for any locations over 30 miles from Pekin, IL We also charge an hourly rate of $30 for any drives longer than 30 minutes one way from Pekin, IL.

Shoot Scenarios:

A change in Shoot Scenarios, with Outdoor Photography, is when we change our spot and setup to another spot within the same location. With Studio Photography, a change in Shoot Scenarios is when we change our setup and background.

Location Change:

Our 3 Hr. Session is our only session which allows for a location change. This could be split up between either Studio (with Studio rental) and an Outdoor Location or between 2 different Outdoor Locations.

Images Included In Your Gallery:

Each session also includes a guaranteed amount of images, with Basic Retouching, uploaded to your gallery. Because no two shoots are exactly the same, and in case your photo shoot happens to be a little bit trickier, we like to keep this number low. More often than not, we far exceed the number of images guaranteed and uploaded to your gallery.

Full Resolution Digital Files & Print Release:

Above, we provided pricing for each of our sessions which reflects the session without the purchase of Full Res Files, as well as with the purchase of Full Res Files for all images included in your gallery. For those who would like to purchase a lesser amount of Full Res Files, we also provide the option to purchase A La Carte. A Print Release form will be sent to you after your gallery is uploaded. Once we receive your signed form we make purchasing of Full Res Files, A La Carte and All Images In Gallery, available through your gallery. Feel free to make as many prints as you want.

Web Resolution Digital Files:

All of our Full Sessions provide Web Res Files to be downloaded straight from your gallery immediately after it is uploaded. These files are perfect for personal use on your phone or tablet. They are also perfect for sharing with friends or family and social media.

Additional Retouching:

All images selected from your session receive our Basic Retouching before being placed in your gallery. However, Additional Retouching is presented as an option. All images that receive Additional Retouching come with a Full Res Digital File & Print Release. This makes them ideal for those who only want a few files at the upmost quality. While recommended for images intended towards larger prints, there are many other reasons to choose Additional Retouching. RETOUCHING INFO

Print Products:

We've tested multiple print labs and multiple print products over the years. Our product line was created, based on the products that we would be proud to display on our own walls. We currently offer Standard Prints, Matted Prints, Canvas Prints, Wood Prints, Acrylic Prints, Metal Prints and Coffee Mugs. However, if there is a product that interests you, not listed above, please let us know and we will look into it. Print Products are made available for purchase immediately through your gallery. Purchases can be made anytime until your gallery expires.

Print Credit:

Our 1 Hr., 2 Hr., and 3 Hr. Sessions each include a Print Credit. The print credit from your session of choice will be emailed to you as an e-Gift Card. The initial amount on your Gift Card will be the Print Credit assigned to your session without the Full Res Files & Print Release. Should you purchase All Files In Your Gallery Full Res Files & Print Release, we will add the remaining difference to your existing gift card. This Print Credit can be uses towards any of our Print Products or Additional Retouching.

Genre Split:

Should you desire, our 2Hr. Session can be split between 2 different genres, while our 3 Hr. Session can be split between 2 or 3 genres . A perfect example of a 2 way split would be a family with a senior in high school that's in need of some new Family Portraits, as well as Senior Portraits. With the 3 Hr. Session, we could also add Fido in the mix for some awesome Pet Portraits that'll get everyone howling.

Client Split:

Both our 2 Hr. and 3 Hr. Sessions can be split between 2 clients, providing a huge savings to both. A couple great examples of this would be: two friends in need of Senior Portraits or two close families wanting Family Portraits.

When it comes to payment, for ease sake, we prefer one party handle any session fees owed to us and collect anything owed back to them from the other party. Both parties will, however, need to sign Booking Contracts and a Print Release, should any Full Res Files be purchased.
